Return Window

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all manuals and accessories.

Process

• Contact us at support@hatchiko.com with your order number.
• Ship the product back to our warehouse (return shipping is at your cost).
• Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used products or items damaged due to improper use
• Items not in original condition or missing accessories/manuals
• Products returned after the 48-hour return window
