Hatchiko Clarifications
1. Do I need to register my product to get a warranty?
If you purchased directly from hatchiko.com, your warranty is activated automatically. If you bought from a retailer, registration is required within 30 days using the serial number and proof of purchase.
2. How long is the warranty?
All Hatchiko appliances include a 1-year standard warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical or electrical malfunctions.
3. What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical or mechanical breakdowns under normal household use.
4. What is not covered by the warranty?
Misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic wear, and products from unauthorized sellers are not covered under warranty.
5. How do I claim a warranty?
Log in to your Hatchiko account, go to "My Warranty", and submit your serial number with proof of purchase. Our team will respond within 3–5 business days with the next steps.
6. Can I renew my warranty after it expires?
Yes. After the first year, you can extend your warranty through your Hatchiko account for a small fee.
7. Do I need the receipt to use the warranty?
Online purchases do not require a receipt. Retail purchases must be registered with proof of purchase.
8. What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or repair.
9. Can I transfer my warranty if I sell the product?
No. Hatchiko warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
